“I need a routine I can actually keep.”
Organization, family responsibilities, accountability, or a transition that needs clearer next steps.
Individual challenges. Intentional systems.
We create individualized systems for people whose challenges haven’t been solved well by the usual approaches.
You don’t have to know what the solution is.
You just have to know what isn’t working.
What kind of support would help you?
A visual checkpoint
One place to look. Three things to check.
Less to hold in your head.
Fictional demonstration. You control the view; no profile is inferred or saved.
The starting point is you
Sometimes the explanation never connects. The routine falls apart by Tuesday. The tool adds more work than it removes. That’s where we begin.
We listen to what you want to accomplish, what you’ve tried, and what keeps getting in the way. Your preferences, habits, time, and environment shape the design.
The result might be a visual program, a practical workflow, a guided experience, or a digital tool. We agree on a useful outcome, build a focused first version, and improve it through use.
Organization, family responsibilities, accountability, or a transition that needs clearer next steps.
Learning, test preparation, career readiness, training, or communication that needs another way in.
A tangled workflow, a difficult decision, a creative project, or an experience existing tools don’t support.
These are starting points for a conversation. The right fit depends on the challenge, scope, and support it needs.
From conversation to something useful
A conversation can change the design. So can watching someone use it. There’s room to learn at every stage.
We ask about the person, the goal, prior attempts, and the moment things become difficult. Together, we identify the gap worth solving.
Conversation · Understanding · The gapWe choose a direction and define success, scope, and cost before the build. You get a focused version you can use and respond to.
Design · Build · Try it togetherWe look at where it helps and where it still gets in the way. Then we refine the experience and make its upkeep clear.
Observe · Improve · Make it usableBuilt around a real challenge
Our first examples come from learning. They show how we think—and where that thinking can go next.
A small control with an intentional purpose.
Learning · Test preparation
Rebuild the foundations. Make the question clearer. Use visuals and guided feedback, then make space for independent work.

Learning · Family support
Reduce overload with visual structure, purposeful play, and gradual challenge. Give parents useful context in a separate view.
Explore the design decisionsCase studies describe the design approach. Public examples use fictional details and make no claims about individual outcomes.
Built with care. Open to questions.
Build It With Intention is founded by Marcus Solomon, a builder and trainer who starts with a simple question: what would help this person move forward?
Technology, including AI where useful, supports the work. The responsibility for understanding the challenge and making thoughtful design decisions stays with us.
We discuss the outcome, limits, cost, and what’s included before a project starts. If it needs a different kind of expertise, we’ll say so.
We show design choices and usable examples. We won’t promise a test score, a clinical outcome, or a result we haven’t established.
We plan for ownership, everyday use, and maintenance—not just the first demonstration.
A few things you might be wondering
Tell us about one moment that isn’t working. What were you trying to do? What happened instead? That’s enough to start a useful conversation.
No. Those are examples of the method. We also consider challenges involving routines, organization, career preparation, communication, training, workflows, creative projects, and life transitions. We assess each project for fit.
We are a system design business. We build practical experiences and tools around human challenges. We do not operate as a school or traditional tutoring company, and we do not provide diagnosis, therapy, or clinical care.
It depends on the challenge and the work involved. After understanding the problem, we discuss a focused scope, price, timing, ownership, and support. Bringing us a challenge is an inquiry, not a purchase.
You describe the challenge and review what you want to share. We then discuss whether there’s a fit and what we need to understand next. No service selection, records, or prepared solution required.
You bring the challenge. We build with intention.
You can start with a sentence. We’ll start by listening.
